"THE REPEAT Q16.3"

This workout is to be done as a team and has 2 parts in a 18 min window

PART A: 10 min AMRAP

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16...

  • Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
  • Box Jump Overs


SCORE: total repetitions

PART B: 8 min to find 3RM Shoulder-to-Overhead from the floor

SCORE: total weight (in kg) successfully lifted by each athlete

For Part B, the score needs to be entered separately for each athlete. e.g. if one athlete successfully lifts 100 kg and the other one 70kg, the scores will be entered separately as 100 kg and 70 kg (and NOT 300 kg and 210 kg).

 

DEADLINE: June 9th, 2018 at 21:00 CEST (Bern, Paris, Berlin... times)
