Workout Standards

Complete the challenge and submit your time between 3/10 and 3/18.

Complete the challenge in front of a Spartan SGX coach or submit a video to YouTube to qualify for an award as part of our Competitive Category.

The top 3 male and top 3 female finishers will earn a free entry to a 2018 Spartan Race.
