*TEENS MAY PERFORM 10 X STOH 30 / 20KG INSTEAD OF THE HANDSTAND WALK, IF STOH IS
USED THEN ATHLETES MUST ADD 60 MINUTES ONTO THEIR OVERALL SCORE
