*Barbell Load:

100kg/220lbs(Men’s RX, Masters Men 35-44)

70kg/155lbs(Women’s RX, Masters Women 35-44, Masters Men 45+)

50kg/115lbs(Masters Women 45+)

70kg/155lbs(Men’s Scaled)

 

50kg/115lbs(Women’s Scaled)

Workout Standards

Scoring:

  • Workout is scored based on total time to complete the movements. For each uncompleted rep after the time cap is up, add 1 second to your total time.

 

Movement:

Deadlift

  • This is a traditional deadlift with the hands outside the knees. Sumo-deadlifts are not allowed.

  • Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout.

 

Double Unders

  • These are standard double-unders, with the rope passing twice around the body in a forward motion with each jump.

  • Swinging the rope backward is not permitted.

  • For the rep to count, the rope must clear the feet twice.

  • Attempts where the rope catches before clearing twice do not count.

 

Rope Skips

  • These are standard rope skips, with the rope passing once around the body in a forward motion with each jump.

  • Swinging the rope backward is not permitted.

  • A rep is counted each time the rope clear the feet.

  • Athletes are allowed to single skip while alternating feet.
