Workout Standards

Due to the possible length of this workout and the general pain in the ass it is to upload, you do not need to video your workout. Honor system.

However, you will need to supply a link in order to submit your score. Simply reuse a link of a prior video.

Shoulder to Overhead - any way you get the bar from shoulder height to fully locked out overhead is acceptable.  Lock out is a straight line from your arm all the way down through the shoulder, hip, and knee.

Wall Balls - Open standards - hip crease below knee on squat, ball must touch the target above the designated line. No catching the ball on the bounce and going into the next rep.

Front Rack Walking Lunge - see video - bar at shoulder height, knee must touch the floor every rep, must reach full extension when stepping through.

Burpee Box Jump Over - see video - any orientation to the box is acceptable, feet must remain together - no step back to get to the floor, no step forward to get up, full extension at the top of the box is not required.
