Workout Standards

18.8 consists of three cycles of a 3 minute AMRAP and a 3 minute rest. Restart the AMRAP every cycle (always start on the power cleans - do not pick up where you left off).

Your score is the total number of repetitions that you accumulate for all cycles.

CrossFit Open standards apply for all movements (you all know the drill, do each movement like you would for the Open).

Cleans can be any way - power, squat, split (but I expect most everyone will do power).

(the video instructions are for toes to bar only, I'll have something up sometime tomorrow.  But again, just use Open standards)
