Russian Kettlebell Swings - at the top, the kettlebell must be at or above the shoulder

Handstand Push Up - Hands must remain inside of a 3' by 2' box on the floor.  Rep starts with head on the lower surface. Rep ends with arms locked at the elbow.  Athletes may use an abmat or 3/4" skull pad.
