  • 12 x Wall Balls (6kg to 9' target)
  • 10 x Deadlift (55kg)
  • 8 x Hand Release Press Ups
  • 6 x Hang Snatch (25kg)

Workout Standards

The workout is 4 rounds for time with a 15  minute time cap.

Score is time or number or reps completed before the time cap.
