  • 12 x Wall Balls (6kg to 9' target)
  • 10 x Deadlift (60kg)
  • 8 x HSPU 
  • 6 x Hang Snatch (30kg)


Workout Standards

The workout is 4 rounds for time with a 15  minute time cap.


Score is time or number or reps completed before the time cap.
