Workout Standards

At 3-2-1-Go, athletes will begin their first set of 10 T2B, they will then move onto their first set of 20 alternating db snatches. The db MUST make contact with the floor at the bottom of each rep and MUST achieve full lockout over the shoulder, the db MUST alternate hands each rep. 

For the scaled version of this workout, athletes will execute hanging knee raises in lieu of T2B. Knees MUST pass above the waistline and achieve full extension at the bottom of each rep.
