6min AMRAP ladder: 10 russian kb swings (70/53) 10 ub doubles 15 rkb 15 ub du 20 rkb 20 ub du 25 rkb 25 ub du …….increase by 5’s

Athletes MUST complete double unders unbroken.
*Note tie break times after each completed set of UB DU.

Workout Standards

At 3-2-1-GO, athletes will pick up their rope from the ground (may not be in hands until the beep) and begin their first set of russian kb swings, then onto ub double unders. Reps increase by 5's each round climbing the ladder for the entire 6min. 
Score is total number of reps completed.
