Workout Standards

This Workout is for Time

Time Cap is 18 minutes

If Time Capped, your score is Time Cap of 18 minutes + 1 second for every missed repetition.

On 3.2.1 Go the athlete will row 500m followed by 5 rounds of 20 wall balls and 15 knee raises

The time for 500m row is the tie breaker time, please record it on the score sheet.

For the 20 wallballs to count the athlete needs to squat below parallel, with the hip crease clearly below the knees and throw the Ball on or above the designated target at 3 meters for the male and 2,7 meters for female athletes.

If the squat is not deep enough or the ball is not thrown high enough the rep will not count and needs to be repeated.

For the 15 knee raises to count the athlete needs to start fully extended hanging on the bar with feets clearly behind the bar. Both knees need to be raised clearly above parallel simultaniously.

The rep does not count if the athlete is not at a full hang, does not bring the feet behind the bar at the beginning of each rep or does not raise the knees high enough.
