Workout Standards

On 3.2.1 Go the Athlete starts with the 4 Deadlifts, starting with the Bar from the Floor, each rep counts once the legs and hips are fully extended and the shoulders are clearly behind the Bar. 

For the eight alternating Lunges to count the athlete will need to touch the floor with the knee and the hips and knees need to fully extended at the top position.

The 12 Burpees need to be performed perpendicular to the bar and the athlete needs to clearly touch the chest to the ground, the hip does not need to be fully extended when going over the bar.
