Workout Standards

On 3,2,1 Go the Athlete start with the  2 Power Cleans, starting with the Bar from the Floor, the Rep counts once the Legs and Hips are fully extended and the Bar is held in the front rack position. For the 4 Front Rack Lunges to count the Athlete will need to touch the floor with the Knee and the Hips and Knees need to fully extended at the finish position. The 8 Burpees need to be performed perpendicular to the Bar and the Athlete needs to clearly touch the Chest to the ground, the hip does not need to be extended when going over the bar.
