1a WOD:

For Time (Time Cap men 8min, women 10min ):

1b WOD:

Men start at 12min, Women at 14 min.

For Time (Time Cap 8 min):

30 Box Jump (60 cm. men; 50 cm. women)

60 Double unders

20 Box Jump (60 cm. men; 50 cm. women)

40 Double unders

10 Box Jump (60 cm. men; 50 cm. women)

20 Double unders

Workout Standards

Before you start, please provide your name and surname. All equipment used must be shown (measures, weights). The timer (clock) must be clearly visible during the whole length of the video. The Athlete starts the workout on 3-2-1-GO.

Movement Standards:

Rower – has to be turned on and set for a 2000m distance for time. You have to be visible in the frame during the whole length of the video. The competitor is sitting on the rower. The competitor cannot have his or her hands on the handle before the time starts running.

This workout is done for time. Time cap is (men 8min. women 10 min) The result is the time as shown on the rower after finishing 2000m, to a tenth of a second. After the workout, please show the time on the display of the rower. Make sure it is clearly readable.

Then at the 12 min. men and 14 min. women) start (TC 8 min.):

Before you begin, make sure to measure the height of the box using a tape measure.

Movement Standards:

Box jump is a two-foot jump onto the box. The hips and knees must open fully while in control on top of the box. You may jump down or step down but you must jump up.

For double unders, the jumping rope must pass twice underneath athlete’s feet for the repetition to count.

The camera must be set to clearly show your side view (profile) during the box jumps. While performing double unders, you can position yourself in any way, making sure, that the rope passing under your feet will still be visible.

In the Lithuanian Throwdown, athletes are given 4 days to perform the week's workout and submit their scores. Monday is the release date, and Thursday at 23:59 UTC/GMT +2 hours is the deadline. There are no exceptions to this deadline.

Every qualifier workouts will have separately score table online. For the first place in every workout you will get 1 point, for second place - 2 points etc. After qualifier workout 2 your points will be summed together. The lowest sum of points will get upper place.

IMPORTANT: For workout 1a and 1b  must be one video. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.
