Workout Standards

You must start from rack position. No matter how you lift the barbell up to the rack position.

You can decide what kind of push you want to perform: strict, push press, push jerk, split jerk. Just be sure that in the top position your hips, knees and arms are fully extended and feet are aligned before lowering the barbell.


SCORE FOR INDIVIDUALS IS THE SUM OF THE WEIGHT USED IN THE TWO LIFTS

Example: you complete the two lifts with 40kg then your score is 40x2=80
