Video Submission Standards 
Prior to starting, film the WALL BALL to be used load & height.  All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A second person with a stopwatch or clock visible should be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.

Med ball

The marker height, Med ball weight must be shown clearly in the video before the WOD start. 

NOTE:
  • If you think something on your video is not clear then we probably don't either. 
  • Educate your judge with the movement standard so they can call no rep.. because if they don't we will and you could be asked to resubmit. 

Workout Standards

WORKOUT

With the clock started at 0:00 counting up,
At the call of 3,2,1 athlete will start set in front of the skipping rope. The athlete will then complete 50 reps and then move on to the Sit up and complete 50 reps. This will continue for reps 40,30,20 and 10. at completion of the last rep the Athlete will immediately move to the Med ball for completion of 150 reps of Wall balls. (Standard of height, weight and movement for the wall ball are listed below in the movement standards)
at completion of the final wall ball the athlete will note the time the med ball touches above the identified height. The Tie breaker for this workout will be the time you finish the last rep of "Annie" ( final sit up )

MOVEMENT STANDARDS

STANDING LOWER
DOUBLE UNDER:
This is a standard Double Under, where the rope passes completely under the feet twice each jump.The rope must spin forward for the rep to count

AB- MAT SIT UP:
Athlete will start seated on the ground with feet together touching. The rep will only be considered successful when the athlete lays back touches the floor over head and returns to a seated position touching hands to feet and shoulders over the hips. The AB-MAT must be positioned under the lower back.

WALL BALL:
In the wall-ball shot, the medicine ball must be taken from the floor, and thrown to hit the specified target. The centre of the ball must hit the target at or above the specified target height. If the ball hits low or does not hit the wall, it is a “no rep.” If the ball drops to the ground from the top, it cannot be caught off the bounce to begin the next rep. The ball must settle on the ground before being picked up for the next rep. All lower athletes do not have to full squat, Quarter squat or straight leg is allowed.
