All Athletes in every division may have help loading and unloading weight from the bar. All weights must be clearly shown on camera before the part A and weight called out clearly on camera before lift. For this reason we suggest you understand that you tube will enforce a copy right on music and eliminate sound on the video. 

NOTE:
BOUNCING THE BAR INTO A LIFT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED A SUCCESSFUL LIFT


Workout Standards

Seated Athletes
Athlete will start with the bar in position on boxes, The bar may not be more than 3 inches above the lap.
The Athlete will then have 6 minutes to make a successful lift at a max weight. The athlete can attempt any weight and move up and down in load at their choosing during the allotted 6 mins.

A successful clean will consist of the bar starting on boxes. (maximum 3 inches above the lap) the athlete will then move the bar from lap to shoulders in a front rack position. front rack means elbows must clear in front of bar path. 
The bar must not rest or stall on the athletes chest to get the elbows through. The athlete must sit tall with shoulders over the hips in the front rack position to be called a successful lift. (You may lift directly from your lap but we do not advise as it is very dangerous and urgently suggest you lift from boxes)




STANDING ATHLETES WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE ANY DEVICE TO REPLACE A LIMB IN ANY WORKOUT.
