Men will use a 50kg loaded barbell
Women will use a 35kg loaded barbell

Workout Standards

 Barbell
 Collars
 Bumper plates
 Pullup bar
 Concept 2 rower
For individuals: The athlete’s score will be the total time taken to complete this workout. If the workout is not
completed within the 8min time cap, the athlete will add 3sec for every rep missed to the 8mins.
E.g. ‘Athlete A’ was capped at 5 OH squats on the final set. Athlete A’s final score will be: 8:30 (10 reps missed x 3 sec =
30sec penalty added to the timecap)
For teams: Each of the 4 athletes will complete this workout as individuals and the team’s score will be the accumulated
time completed by all 4 athletes.
Submission deadline: Thursday 22nd June 23:59 (GMT+3 - Cyprus Time)
Prior to starting, film plates and barbell to be used so the loads can be seen. All video submissions should be uncut and
unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A clock or timer with the running workout time clearly visible
should be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen
meeting the movement standards.
