Aphrodite Games 2017 Online Qualifiers



AMRAP 12min

10 Chest to bar pullups
20 box jump over
30 wall ball

Men will use a 60cm box and throw a 9kg wallball to a 3m target
Women will use a 50cm box and throw a 6kg wallball to a 2.7m target

Workout Standards

 Pullup bar
 60cm box for men, 50cm box for women
 9kg wallball for men, 6kg wallball for women
For individuals: The athlete’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the 12-minute time cap.
For teams: Each of the 4 athletes will complete this workout as individuals and the team’s score will be the accumulated
total repetitions completed by all 4 athletes, within the 12-minute time cap.
Submission deadline: Tuesday 20th June 23:59 (GMT+3 - Cyprus Time)
Prior to starting, film the height of the box and wall-ball target and the weight of the ball so all loads and measurements
can be seen clearly. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance.
A clock or timer with the running workout time clearly visible should be in the frame throughout the entire workout.
Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.
