***Extra reps can be added if they are cut off at the end of the 9 mins before a FULL round is completed
***SCORE = TOTAL Rounds Completed + Any Extra Reps

Workout Standards

At the sound of GO!, athlete's will have 9 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible of the “Ares Barbell Complex” which is:

3 Deadlifts
2 Hang Power Cleans
1 Thruster

In order for the round to count, the FULL complex must be completed UNBROKEN.

This meaning the barbell can NOT touch the ground or be dropped during the complex (the bar is allowed and must touch the ground on the deadlifts, however can’t be paused on the floor or dropped at any time during the deadlifts).

Extra reps will be counted if time is called before a full round is complete.

The SCORE will be the total amount of FULL rounds + any extra reps completed within 9 mins.
