Workout Standards

At the start of GO, the athlete will begin their "Ascent to Olympus" with 15 Barbell Snatches, Burpee over the Bar, and Toes To Bar.

The movements must be performed in that specific order.

Once you finish the first triplet of movements, you will then add weight to the bar and do 12 Barbell Snatches followed by Burpees over the Bar, and Toes To Bar.

You will continue to work your way up through the complex of movements until 15 minutes is up.

Your final score will be the total amount of reps completed.

In the case of a tie-breaker,  your tie breaker will be the time you complete your FINAL set of Burpees.
