0 - 2: 1 Hang squat clean, and 5 front squats.

2 - 4: 2 Hang squat clean, and 4 front squats.

4 - 6: 3 Hang squat clean, and 3 front squats.

6 - 8: 4 Hang squat clean, and 2 front squats.

8 - 10: 5 Hang squat clean, and 1 front squats.

10 - 12: 6 Hang squat clean, and 0 front squats.



Workout Standards

The score is total barbell weights, multiplied by completed reps.


If an athlete fails to complete a rep, all athletes must drop their barbells and that rep will not be counted. The team must then attempt the rep again until successfully completed within the allocated time.
