During the workout, each athlete may only perform two movements. Only one athlete can perform a movement at any time, however all Athletes can perform Bar Muscle Ups.

Score is for time.

This workout has a 20 minute time cap. Any remaining reps will be added to the time cap. 1 rep equaling one second.
