Workout Standards

At 3, 2, 1 GO, athlete will start off with 3 Barbell Thrusters taken from the ground.

From there athlete will go on to 2 Ring Muscle Ups.

Finally, athlete will then complete the circuit with one Bar Facing Burpee.

Atheltes will repeat the circuit until 6 minutes is up on the clock.

Score will be the TOTAL REPS completed
