WOD III: Barbell Complex
 14 Rounds for time

Intermediate: 
3 HANG Power Snatches @95/65
3 Overhead Squats
3 HANG Squat Snatches


Novice:
3 HANG Power Cleans @ 85/55
3 Push Press
3 HANG Squat Clusters (Clean/Thruster)

**1 Complex counts as 1 Round. Complex must be performed unbroken, you must alternate partners between rounds. Partners must share the rounds equally.**

Workout Standards

On 3...2...1..GO! Partner 1 can begin to work! You cannot let go of the bar until you have completed 1 Complex. A Complex is completed when you have finished all 9 reps. When the first partner is finished their first round, they must TAG partner 2 to begin theirs. You must alternate between partners and rounds, each partner will complete 7 rounds for a grand total of 14 rounds. Once your team has completed 14 rounds, be sure to check your finish time! 

If you are a mixed team (male/female) you should use 2 different bars. If you are same sex, you can choose to use the same of different bars. 

Men: 95lbs
Women: 65lbs

Be sure to pass BELOW the Hip Crease in your squat and come to full extension in your arms, hips and knees. 

Any "NO REP" we count (including lack of tagging), we will add a time punishment to your score.
