17 Minute AMRAP:

Intermediate:
30 Toe to Bar
60 Kettlebell Swings
90 Double Unders

Novice:
60 Hanging Knee Raises
60 Kettlebell Swings
180 Single Skips

Workout Standards

Set clock to 17 minutes: On 3...2...1...Go! Partner 1 begins to work on their T2B/HKR, you may split up the reps however you'd like. Before partner 2 can begin to work you must tag your partner. Once 30 T2B or 60 HKR have been completed you can move on to 60 KBS. Upon completing 60 KBS you can begin 90 double unders or 180 single skips. When you've finished all reps continue onto round 2, complete as many rounds/reps as you can within 17 minutes.

Kettle Bell Weight:
Men: 50lbs
Women: 35lbs
