Workout Standards

On 3, 2, 1 Go!  Partner 1 will start rowing while partner 2 waits to relieve partner 1. You must tag your partner before the next partner can start work. Make sure to note the time in which the 2000 meters is completed in case of a tie break. Once all 2000 meters is completed, perform as many wall balls with the time remaining. Remember only 1 partner can be working at a time. Your score will be the amount of wall balls completed. 

Make sure you confirm that the 2000m is completed by showing the rower's meters on Camera, and that the wall ball target is in shot. If you need to move your camera between rowing and wall balls that is fine as long as it is 1 continual shot, do not cut your video.
