Workout Standards

Scoring for this workout will be complicated again.  A tiebreak will be REQUIRED!!. 

If you finish the workout, you will input total reps of 165 and your time you finished the workout as your tiebreak.  

If you do not finish the workout,  you will put your total reps and the time you finished your last completed set of deadlifts.

After every set of deadlifts right down that time and take a picture of your scorecard when finished, you might need to go back and look at the tiebreak.
