Rxd - jump off 2 feet can land on one

scaled - can step over

Workout Standards

READ CAREFULLY!!

IF YOU FINISH THE WORKOUT, your total reps you will put in will be 180.  You will put a tiebreak time as the time you COMPLETED the workout.  

IF YOU DO NO FINISH THE WORKOUT, your score will be your total reps completed.
