75 K2E - Every time you drop from the bar complete 60 Single Skips

Workout Standards

TTB.
  1. The arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be brought back to behind the bar, not out front.
  2. Both feet must touch the bar together at the same point.

K2E.

  1. The rope must pass twice for each jump. Only successful jumps are counted, not just attempts.
