Workout Standards

Back Squats.
  1. The barbell begins on the ground, rack is not allowed. 
  2. The barbell must be behind the neck on the athletes shoulders or back.
  3. The hip crease must be below the knee at the bottom of the squat.
  4. The hips and knees must be fully open at the top with the barbell locked out overhead.

CTB.
  1. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom.
  2. At the top, the chest must clearly come into contact with the bar.
  3. Dead-hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed as long as all the requirements are met.

Jumping Pull Ups.
  1. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom, although aid for athletes at the bottom is permitted.
  2. The chin must clearly come above the bar at the top.
