On a running clock, establish a MAX Weight Deadlift in the first 7 minutes (00:00 - 07:00). 

Workout Standards

  1. Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with teh shoulders behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout.
  2. Athletes must attempt the deadlift a minimum of three times.
