Workout Standards

Power cleans.
  1. The barbell begins on the ground. Touch and go is permitted. No bouncing.
  2. Each rep finishes with the bar racked on the shoulders and the elbows in front of the bar with the hips and knees fully extended.

OHS.
  1. The hip crease must be below the knee at the bottom of the squat.
  2. The hips and knees must be fully open at the top with the barbell locked out overhead.

Double Unders.
  1. The rope must pass twice for each jump. Only successful jumps are counted, not just attempts.
