CFTP Summer Classic


On a running clock, establish a 1RM snatch (PS/SS) in the first 7 minutes (00:00 - 07:00). 

Workout Standards

  1. Athletes must begin with empty bars - bars cannot be preloaded with weight.
  2. Each attempt must begin with the barbell below the knees.
  3. The barbell must come to full lockout with the hips, knees and arms fully extended with the bar directly over the heels.
  4. Athletes must attempt the snatch a minimum of three times.
