Workout

4 Rounds of:
40 yrd Sprint
40 Hand Release Push Ups

Workout Standards

Athlete must complete 4 rounds for time of:
40 yard sprint and then complete 40 Hand Release Push Ups

STANDARDS: Mark 2 lines on the ground exactly 40 yards apart.
Athlete must start on one side of the line and sprint to the other line and then drop and complete 40 HRPU's (Round 1) then Sprint back to the original line and complete 40 HRPU's (Round 2) continue until 4 rounds have been completed. Watch video for Hand Release Push Ups Standards. No back swaying or knees touching the ground. Each athlete must start in a full locked out position and lower themselves down to the ground and release both hands off the ground and then push them self back to the top of the movement.
