Workout Standards

15 Minutes to reach a 1 Rep Max Snatch within 3 Attempts
Score is the maximum weight in lbs successfully completed
Athlete may choose to warm up as much as needed prior to the beginning of the 15 Minute Timer.

SNATCH STANDARDS:
Weight must start on the ground and in one motion, athlete must lift weight over their head in a full locked out position. The barbell must not be caught and then pressed.
