Thrusters
GHD Sit Ups

Workout Standards

Each athlete must complete 21 Thrusters, then 21 GHD Sit Ups
then they must complete 15 Thrusters, then 15 GHD Sit Ups
and finish with 9 Thrusters then 9 GHD Sit Ups

THRUSTER STANDARDS: Must squat below parallel and reach full lock out at the top of the movement (Knees, Hips and Elbows must be locked out)

GHD SIT UP STANDARDS: Each athlete must sit all the way back until both hands touch the ground behind them, may not touch at the side, then sit up until athlete touches both hands to the foot pad or toes.
