For time:

  • 30 box jumps
  • 15 clean and jerks, 65 | 95 lb.
  • 30 box jumps
  • 15 clean and jerks, 85 | 135 lb.
  • 30 box jumps
  • 10 clean and jerks, 115 | 185 lb.
  • 30 single-leg squats
  • 10 clean and jerks, 145 | 225 lb.
  • 30 single-leg squats
  • 5 clean and jerks, 175 | 275 lb.
  • 30 single-leg squats
  • 5 clean and jerks, 205 | 315 lb.

Workout Standards

After the call of “3, 2, 1 ... go,” the athlete may perform 30 box jumps followed by 15 clean and jerks, then 30 box jumps followed by 15 clean and jerks at a heavier weight, then 30 box jumps followed by 10 clean and jerks, increasing the weight again. Next, the athlete performs 30 single-leg squats followed by 10 clean and jerks, then 30single-leg squats followed by 5 clean and jerks, and nally, 30 single-leg squats followed by 5 clean and jerks. Again, the weight of the clean and jerk increases each round.

Athletes may set up multiple barbells. If one barbell is used, the athlete may receive assistance changing the load on the bar. Receiving any assistance other than adjusting loading is not permitted unless safety is an immediate concern.

Team score (from the BCC rule book):

  • If all four teammates complete the workout, the team’s score will be its total aggregate time.
  • If one or more team athletes fail to complete the workout (are time-capped), the team’s score will be its total reps completed. The team will be ranked below any team whose score is a time, and above any team that completes fewer reps. In the event teams ranked by total reps are tied in this workout, the higher rank will be awarded to the team with the fastest (lowest) aggregate time (for team athletes who are capped in the workout, the time cap will be used as the time they contribute to the team’s aggregate time).

Pontuação do time (do livro de regras do BCC):

  • Se todos os quatro companheiros de equipe concluírem o treino, a pontuação do time será seu total de tempo agregado.
  • Se um ou mais atletas da equipe não conseguirem completar o workout (dentro do timecap), a pontuação da equipe será de seu total de repetições concluídos. A equipe será classificada abaixo de qualquer equipe cuja pontuação seja um tempo, e acima de qualquer equipe que complete menos repetições. No caso de equipes classificadas por número total de repetições estarem empatadas neste workout, a classificação mais alta será concedida à equipe com o tempo agregado mais rápido (mínimo) (para atletas de equipe que ficarem no timecap, o limite de tempo será usado como tempo que eles contribuem para o tempo agregado da equipe).
