21 Wall Balls (20/14) (10’/9’)

15 Toes to Bar

9  Deadlifts (225/155)

The third qualifier workout begins with the medicine ball on the ground and the athlete standing tall.

At the call of “3, 2, 1 ... go,” the athlete will start the workout with 21 wall ball shots.

Once completed the athlete will perform 15 Toes to Bar, and then 9 Deadlifts.

Athlete repeats this triplet until time is up.

Athlete’s score for this workout is the total reps completed.

The movement standards for the Wall Balls are as follows:

The medicine ball weight for men is 20lbs with a 10-foot target, and 14lbs for women with a 9-foot target.

The athlete must take the medicine ball from the bottom of a squat with the hip crease passing below the top of the knee to reach full depth.

The athlete must stand and throw the ball over head hitting the specified target. 


The movement standards for the Toes to Bar are as follows

The athlete must start from a full hang and end with the toes touching the bar.

Each rep will start with the arms and hips fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be behind the bar and behind the body.

Each rep ends with both feet being in contact with the bar at the same time inside the hands.

The movement standards for the deadlifts are as follows:

The weight for deadlifts for men is 225lbs and 155lbs for women.

This is a traditional deadlift with the hands outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed.
