The first qualifier workout for the individual Athlete Games division will be as follows:

Workout Standards

When entering your Tiebreaker, enter in the following format: HH:MM:SS, for example if you finished in 3 minutes and 30 seconds, enter 00:03:30

A video is NOT required for submitting your score, you MAY be asked for a video if you qualify for the finals.

Athletes will have ten minutes to complete 3 rounds of GTOH and Bar facing burpees starting with 12 of each in the first round, 9 of each in the second round, and 6 of each in the final round.

The workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall.

At the call of “3, 2, 1 ... go,” the athlete will perform 12 GTOH and 12 Burpees, jumping over the barbell for each rep of burpees. They will then perform 9 of each, then 6 of each.

If there is any time remaining of the 10-minute time cap, the athlete will then row until time is up.

The score will be reps completed, each calorie rowed will count as a rep.

The tiebreaker for this workout will be the time when both feet land after the athlete’s last burpee of the couplet.

The movement standards for the GTOH are as follows:

GTOH weight for men is 135lbs and 95lbs for women.

The barbell begins on the ground. Touch and go is permitted and no bouncing is allowed. Each rep will count once the elbow, shoulder, hips, and knees are fully extended and the bar finishes directly over the athlete’s body with the feet in line.

A snatch, a clean and press, a clean and push press, or a clean and jerk are allowed.

The movement standards for the bar facing burpees are as follows:

Each burpee must be performed facing the barbell.

The athlete’s chest and thighs must touch the ground at the bottom with the head behind the barbell.

Athletes must jump over the barbell with both feet and land on both feet.

The movement standards for the rowing are as follows:

Screen must start at 0 calories and be in the video the entire time.

Athletes will row until time is up.
