Event 3 and 4 MUST be done as a combination perfromed back to back. 

Scores from doing the workouts separetely will not be counted 

Event 4 

This event will begin EXACTLY 2 minutes after Event 3 

2 minute AMRAP 

Men - Max Ring Muscle-ups 

Women - Max Bar Muscle-ups 

 

 

Workout Standards

Bar Muscle-Up/Ring Muscle Up 

- athlete must begin or pass through a fully extended dead hang position 

- athlete must pass through the dip 

- athlete must show a 100% clean lockout
