Workout

9 minute AMRAP 

35 Double Unders 

7 Double DB Cleans 50/35

7 Toes to Bar 

Rest exactly 2 minute before starting Event 4 

Workout Standards

Double Under

- rope must pass under feet TWICE with each jump 

Double DB Cleans 

- athlete must take DB's from OUTSIDE of the stance 

- athlete must touch ONE head of the DB to the floor to start each repitition 

- any variation of clean is permitted 

- DB's must travel from the ground to the shoulder in one fluent motion and at the finish of the movement the hips and knees are fully extended and feet are in line with one another under the hips 

- the rear head of the DB must be in line with or behind the athletes center, this means eblows will be at least slightly in front of DB 

Toes to Bar  

- athlete must start in a dead hang with arms fully extended 

- both toes must touch the bar at the same time at the top of the rep 

- athletes feet must pass behind the plane of the bar for each rep
