6 minute AMRAP 

Row 15/12 Calories 

9 Burpees over the Rower 

Event 2 will begin 1 minute after Event 1 

Workout Standards

ROW 

Athlete must complete the 15/12 Calories before exiting the Erg 

Athlete's judge will reset the rower to 0 before each new round  

BURPEE OVER THE ROWER - watch the link for good reps! 

Burpees will performed with body PARALLEL to the rower and athlete will jump laterally over the rower 

JUMPING and LANDING on 2 feet is the required standard. 

Athletes CANNOT jump or land off/on 1 foot

Athletes CANNOT land on thier hands in a worm style burpee 

A repetition is completed when athlete lands on two feet after jumping over the rower following the burpee. Do not forget the 9th jump over!!
