Heart of America COMPLETE Qualifier

Workout

Athletes will have 6 minutes to Establish a MAX LOAD in the following Uunbroken Complex 

1 Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats 

There will be a 1 minute rest/transiition into Event 2 

Workout Standards

Athletes can take as many attmepts as they like during the 6 minutes

Athlete will start will an UNLOADED bar and judge/others can help athlete load bar  

SNATCH 

Athlete may perform a Muscle Snatch, Power Snatch, or a Squat Snatch 

Athlete cannot perform a Hang Snatch of any kind, meaning the bar must travel from the floor to the overhead position in one motion 

The feet must be brought back under the body with full, controlled lockout overhead for the repitition to count. 

OVERHEAD SQUAT 

Athlete will perform 3 Overhead Squats AFTER completing the snatch repitition. This means a Squat Santch DOES NOT COUNT as 1 of the 3 Overhead squat reps. 

Athlete must pass below parallel at the bottom and fully extend hips at the top of each rep 

Bar must remain locked out overhead for the duration of the 3 repititions
