Workout Standards

FLOW SEATED 

"This workout is scored by the maximum repetitions performed in the allotted time.  

Prior to the start of the clock, the athlete will have their barbell pre loaded with prescribed weight, box with correct width on floor and rings set at the correct height . 

At the start of the 9:00 clock, the athlete may begin their 3 Hang Power Snatches.  

Once complete, the athlete will start on their 3 ring dips.   

Finally they will start with the 15 box u-turns. 

That concludes the first round.  Each round, athletes will add an extra 3 repetitions to both the Hang Power Snatch and Ring dip while keeping the same 15 box u-turns repetitions. 

ie

For 9 minutes, 

*Round 1: 3 Hang Power Snatch, 3 Ring dips, 15 box u-turns 

*Round 2: 6 Hang Power Snatch, 6 Ring dips, 15 box u-turns 

*Round 3: 9 Hang Power Snatch, 9 Ring dips, 15 box u-turns  ECT…..

 

SEATED MOVEMENT STANDARDS

"Hang Power Snatch

Bar must be lifted to the lap first before engaging in any pulling movement, and must clearly stop at the lap or boxes. 

The bar must be received in the overhead position in one motion from the lap position and may not be lowered below the knees. 

finish position of the shoulders over hips must be achieved with the bar in the locked out overhead position for the rep to count. Reps can be unbroken or partitioned as needed. 


"Ring Dip"

Athlete must clearly establish buttox off the seat in the bottom dip position with top of the ring touching the armpit. Finish position is shoulders over hips with elbows locked out. Feet may remain on the floor use of legs to assist is not permitted.

Scaled athlete may touch thier buttox to the seat at the bottom of the rep


U-Turn

Athlete will start with a 20" width box. Each rep will start with the rear axles of the wheelchair bast the front of the box. The athlete will then pull backwards, spin away from the box passing the rear axles past the front of the opposite side of the box. The rep will count when the rear axle passes the front edge of the box.

VIDEO SUBMISSION 

Prior to starting, film the barbell and weights to be used so the weight can be seen clearly. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A clock or timer, with the running workout time clearly visible, should be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards. Videos shot with a fisheye lens or similar lens may be rejected due to the visual distortion these lenses cause.
