BARBELL WEIGHTS FOR

FRONT SQUAT IS AT 115LBS FOR WOMEN AND AT 175 FOR MEN

POWER CLEAN IS AT 105LBS FOR WOMEN AND AT 155 FOR MEN

POWER CLEAN AND JERK IS AT 95LBS FOR WOMEN AND AT 135 FOR MEN

 

IN EVERY WORKOUT, THE CLOCK, THE EQUIPMENT AND THE ATHLETE MUST REMAIN ON CAMERA AT ALL TIMES. ALL WEIGHTS MUST BE CLEAR AND VISIBLE FOR VERIFICATION. 

 

SCORING

Your team score will be the total score of each athlete.  If an athlete time caps, they will add 1 second for every missed repetition.
