Workout Standards

WORKOUT 19.1 begins with running clock from 0-minute mark and it is for time of  500 m row, 100 double unders and 500 m row. After finishing the last meters on the rower athlete goes to pull up bar to do max reps of pull ups till clock reaches 7 min mark. 

Rowing

Athlete should turn on the display and is allowed to grab the handles only when clock starts to count the time. Athlete should also reset the rower each time when start rowing. After finishing the workout athlete should show rower display with both 500m rowed distances in memory.

Double Unders

On double-under rope passes under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the rep to count and only successful jumps are counted, not attempts.

Pull ups

Each grip version is allowed if athlete start with the arms fully extended at the bottom and chin over the bar at the top. Athletes can do dead hang, kipping and butterfly pull ups as long as all the requirements are met. 

Requirements for video submission 

Team Captain is responsible for all video uploading on youtube and meeting the filming, movement standards. Team Captain should make sure that the correct youtube video link and time is submitted. 

Each workout should start with athlete saying his/her name, Team Name, showing the equipment used in workout. Workout equipment should be shown also at the end of the workout. 

Athletes should be seen in the camera all the time.
Judge is required for each workout so the athletes are sure that they are meeting movement standards. 

SCORING

Score for 19.1 A is each athlete time when completed the workout counted together.

If the athlete did not complete the workout under 7 min then he will recieve penalty time.

Penalty time will be 10 sec for each 50m missed (2 sec for each 10m) on the rower and also for 10 double unders (2 sec for 2 reps) that athlete did not do. 

Team Campatin will upload all athlete scores as one score and also 4 video links from Youtube. (Attention, we made change here -> Team captain should submit four diferent youtube video links so need to put all four video in a one bigger video)

Athletes should show the rower display memory at the end of the workout so judges see that athlete rowed 500m.

If athlete row less then 500m he will receive 10sec penalty time for each 10m that are missed. Athlete will receive also penalty 10sec if he do not use the camera set up as shown in graphic, do not say his/hers name, team name and devision, do not film equipment before and after the workout or the movement standards can not be seen.

Two separate scores  for 19.1 should be put on Competition Corner - all athlete time counted together for 19.1 A and all reps done in 19.1 B.

Score Submission for 19.1 is until July 12th.
