30cal Ski + 20 Wall Ball

20cal Ski + 30 Wall Ball

10cal Ski + 40 Wall Ball

 

Race Options: Prescribed / Intermediate / Scaled

Men's Wall Ball: 20lb,10ft / 20lb,9ft / 14lb,9ft

Women's Wall Ball: 14lb,9ft / 14lb,8ft / 10lb,8ft

Workout Standards

Race Rules

  1. Prior to starting, film the medicine ball and target to be used so the load and distance can be seen clearly. All video submissions must be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. Shoot the video from an angle so all movements can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.
  2. Your timer should be in view at all times during the filming of the race.
  3. The Ski Erg must be reset to zero prior to starting each round. Someone else may do this for you.
  4. You may submit multiple results prior to the deadline (July 14 at 8:00pm EDT).

 

Movement Standards

Wall Ball

The medicine ball must be taken from the bottom of a squat, hip crease below the knee, and thrown to hit the specified target. The center of the ball must hit the target at or above the specified height.
