(must be synchronized in the upper position)

20 WALL BALL SYNCHRONIZED 6 KG

(must be synchronized when squatting in the lower position)

Workout Standards

THE EXERCISES ARE PREFORMED SOLELY AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDING

 

-       kettlebell must be synchronized in the upper position

-       wall ball must be synchronized when squatting in the lower position

-       toes to bar must be synchronized when touching the bar with the feet
